Return/Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At www.iris.my ("Website"), we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to facilitate your return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Quality Issues: If the products you purchased have quality issues or manufacturing defects, you may return them within 7 days to our designated location. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a full refund, minus any bank fees incurred. Custom-made products and installed items are not eligible for returns; however, we will strive to provide excellent service and work to resolve any issues you encounter.
2.2 Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
2.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Clearance", "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Items that have been customized or personalized.
- Installed items.
4. Return Process

4.3 Shipping: You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credited to your provided Malaysia bank account within 15 working days, minus any bank fees incurred.
5.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned after the 7-day period, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
