4.1 All products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified. Specific products have different warranty periods:

Smart door locks: 24 months
Smart curtain motors/systems: 24 months
Headphones and watches: 6 months or as otherwise specified

5.1 By placing an order on this Website, you agree to purchase the selected products. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

5.2 Accepted payment methods are detailed on the payment page. All payments must be completed at the time of order placement.
